Please turn off or put your phone on silent during the competition, please!
Please remember that moving around in the stands during competition performances should be avoided in order to guarantee undisturbed performance and refereeing. Big fan flags create good atmosphere, but wave the flags only before and after the performance.
Taking photos for your own use is allowed, but only WITHOUT FLASH! Flash can disrupts the competitors’ performance and can cause unnecessary danger for the skaters.
Video streaming of the competition or individual programs is prohibited.
Flowers and gifts
For safety reasons, throwing gifts onto the ice is prohibited. Gifts and flowers can be left in gift bags designated by teams, which are located by the main entrance. The organizers deliver the gifts to the team’s dressing rooms at the start of each team’s competition performance.
If you need first aid during the event, the public will be served by first aid personnel in red vests in the folds of stands A-D and B-C. If necessary, the first aid personnel will direct you to the doctor on the ice edge.
